With the first episode of the “Share Your Knowledge” podcast, we open the season of discussions with alumni – mentors on the “Share Your Knowledge” program!
Before the jubilee celebration of 11 years since the Program’s existence, we are talking to the alumnus of the first cycle of the Program, realized back in 2010!
Our guest Andjelka Janković will reveal to us how much did the mentoring cooperation within the Program mean to her, as well as the support from women’s communities in the business sphere. Andjelka is a manager, producer and cultural entrepreneur who heads the “Kulturifik” agency for consulting, marketing and production of art projects.
Also, from various different angles, you will hear more about building women’s solidarity and network through mentoring and friendship, but also about the individual and joint development of the community.
The host of the podcast is Svetlana Stefanović, an expert in the field of gender equality and mentoring.
